Resistance to slipping and wear are often important requirements for exterior deck coverings exposed to harsh operating conditions, such as those on ferries or naval ships. On passenger ships and cruise liners, high demands are also made in connection with footfall soundproofing, comfort and design of the outside deck coverings.

The requirements for thin layer coverings / primary deck coverings have changed significantly over recent years. We have taken account of this fact and adapted the product group to current requirements in terms of soundproofing, weight and drying speed.
Our TEFROTEX® systems – not readily ignitable primary deck coverings – have been tested in accordance with IMO resolutions (Wheel Mark) and are easy to apply.
